Remote not working properly

Hi, for the last 2 weeks the TiVo remote control has not been working properly, the light on the remote flashes when we press a button, but the TiVo box isn't always picking it up, we have tried resetting the TiVo box it self, changing battery's in the remote, tried re-programing the remote via the help options on the box. still no luck.

is there a solution for this?

Phone 150 select TV fault let it run any test it wants, eventually a human will answer and you can request a new remote

Only problem is are phone line ain't working properly so can't call 150, reason I'm asking on here as maybe someone from virginmedia on here could help me

The only way to get a remote is to phone in or use the online chat
