Remote buttons take time to work after switching on box

Hi

We've noticed a problem where after we switch the TiVo box on, it doesn't respond when we hit particular buttons on the remote. The down/channel down buttons especially. If we use the buttons on the front of the box they work fine. After around 5 minutes they start working properly. We've already had a replacement remote sent out to us - both exhibit the same behaviour. Any ideas ?

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

Since you have already tested the buttons on the front of your TiVo® box and had a replacement remote then I would like to arrange for a technician to take a look at the box.
