My remote has stopped working how do I order a new one??

Call 150 / 0345 454 1111, go with option 2 (faults) then report a fault with your TV service. If for some reason you cannot call in, you can use the Contact Us page to request a replacement: http://www.virginmedia.com/contact/ -> TV -> help with my remote control -> chat online. The hours the TV online support is staffed for is from 9AM to 5PM.
