Both my registered devices do not work when trying to access Sky Sports. When trying to access Sky Sports from both devices I get a message saying "you have reached the max number of devices."
I have no device changes allowed until the end of month. After looking on the forum, it looks like this is due to the OS on both computers being updated. Are you able to allow us to delete and re-register both devices so that we don't have to wait until the end of the month?
Thank you for your post, as you've mentioned, whenever there is a change to your OS version on any device, this can sometimes trick the TV Anywhere into thinking it's a brand new device, when in all fact it isn't. Re-registering your device would resolve this and if you can take a look at your allowances, I have refreshed them for you
