Red flashing light and solid blue

I have recently had a new TiVo box installed and had a new WiFi hub too.  I now seem to have no WiFi and the TiVo because doesn't appear to be working.  There's a flashing red light and a solid blue light and the screen is just saying "Starting up".  Is there anything I can do apart from unplugging and rebooting?
