I'm sorry to read that the TiVo has been showing some pixelation on the shows and I'd love to help here.
I've been looking into the connection on all services in the home and can see that there's some Downstream power levels being a bit off what I'd like. Finding this I'd like to arrange an engineer to come and help with this.
