Mine also, Tweeted Virgin Media and said to call them. Son has just pressed power switch on back of box and it seems to have fixed the problem

I'm sorry to hear about the Box and it not being up to scratch.
I've had a little look into this and can certainly see that your Input levels are off and this would need an engineer out to you to help get this back on, here's some info below:-
