Re Error 5400

I keep getting this message on a daily basis. I have tried re-setting and switching the box on and off. After a while it usually clears itself but it comes on daily. It was on again when I took it off standby this
Morning. Please can someone help.

Sorry to hear you're having experiencing issues with your Virgin box.
