RECURRING Tivo box "signalling" issue (W02)... AWFUL SERVICE (again)

Awful service from Virgin Media once again. 

Continual occurrences of the fault W02! Having to reboot the box every evening (every few hours), for the past week!!
Even after reassurance from member of staff at Virgin Media, at 7:30 this evening, that this issue would not happen again, yet again I have been let down by Virgin, as two hours later I'm rebooting my Tivo box. Lets not forget, this box is only a week old...

Being a valued and paying customer, I do not expect service like this. 

Perhaps a free upgrade to the new V6 box is due, as compensation for the horrendous and on-going poor service I have received!!
