QuickStart Connection Error 7001

Morning all, 

 

I have moved to a new house and am trying to set up my quickstart package.  I have broadband but the TIVO stops at its first stage of the install with a 7001 connection error.

 

I would call Virgin but my phone line isn't working either!

 

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?  If not it will be a walk outside to get a mobile phone signal and hope there's not too much running in and out to try things!
