Problems with 5hd

For the last few days our channel 5 hd isn't working properly it keeps pixilating and has virtually no sound so completely impossible to watch anything on there and can't record any of my programmes that we usually watch on there, would be grateful for some help on how to solve this please so I can get my channel back Smiley Happy Thank you

Call faults - sounds like a signal issue which they'll spot and arrange a callout

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community. 

 

I'm really sorry to hear you are having an issue with the picture and sound on Channel 5 HD. 

 

Do you get this issue with any other HD channel or is it only this one alone?

 

I've gone in to the account to take a look at things and your TiVo® is reporting low downstream power levels. We will need an engineer out to resolve things for you.
