I have recently changed to a Tivo box and i am not at all happy with it
Demand service is often down
Often I cannot watch my saved recordings because the system is down.
I have rebooted and i have called 150 and again as i am writing half way thru watching a recorded programme the message has come up to say that something or other is down.
Anyone else having the same prob?
You can watch your savea recording, simply highlight the show and press Play, if you press OK the box tries to pull in the metadata and then it will fail to play
