Got my new TiVo box delivered today. Gone through all the set up and activation etc, however keeps sticking at configuring IP connections then showing error 7011 and my broadband too. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your new TiVo® box. We're running a little behind on the boards and only now reaching your thread
Since posting, how have things been?
Are both the TiVo® and the Broadband working now?
Checking the stats on the account things are looking pretty good. All in the great for both services.
If things still aren't right pop back and let us know so we can look in to things further for you.
