I would like to know if there has been discount added on to my billing account. When I spoke to customer service they said they would add some on as I was without my services for 24 hours, don't think it was a very good start not being able to have my to up and running straight away due to this fault that has occurred and plus the engineer that installed equipment did not set my equipment up properly and just left my property without talking to us
