Regular problem - watching recordings on our TiVo box and now when halfway through a programme we get picture breaking up, freezing and even scenes appearing in the wrong order. This is just not acceptable given the cost of the service. Have tried resetting ..doesn't make any difference.

I'm sorry to hear that the recordings haven't been up to scratch, looking into this I wasn't able to see anything on that side but I was able to see that any internet services you may have might have some issues.
