Problem connecting boxese

When trying to look at my shows on one box to another it says there may be a problem with your home network or the network connection on your TiVo boxese. What can I do to sort this out. Just so you know the connection is fine the other way around between the boxes.

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your set top boxes at the moment, I've taken a look at things from our end and we're not detecting any errors. 

 

I'd recommend trying the following on the set top box that's not playing the shows: 

 

>Help & Settings   ->    Network   ->   Change settings   ->   Get automatically

 

After that, try rebooting the box and give it another go, if it's still the same just let me know and I'll continue to look into this for you.
