My Hd channels seem pretty good quality but many standard def channels are quite blocky, especially noticeable on the music channels. Phoned through to help line and they reset my TiVo box and said engineer would monitor it for 24-48 hours, really??
And what have Virgin done with Vevo, adverts between each song and terrible interface! Bring back Virgin music on demand please!
