Poor Internet through tivo box

Had a problem last few weeks.

Netflix, BBC I player and YouTube apps that I access through my tivo box usually drop Internet after a few minutes. Then comes back only to drop out again. However, when we try and watch the same programme through a tablet or laptop there are no issues. Which says to me the broadband connection is fine but the tivo box is not...

Any ideas?

A Tivo has its own modem and internet connection, and I had plenty of cases where my tivo was fine and my actual internet was dead.

You could probably try and have a look at the system info pages on the tivo they may tell you something.

On here it will take 1-2 weeks for a member of staff to get to this message, alternatively you could try phoning CS on 150.

Unless you have a V6 then it does not matter if your broadband itself is fine as the standard TiVo box does not use it. Standard TiVo has it's own dedicated 10Mb connection via it's internal modem.
