I have been offered £2.44 rebate for my Tivo box being out of order for a week. It was originally £2.15 until I queried it! Has Virgin never heard of good customer relations, what an appalling offer. I am waiting for a call back but I think my time with Virgin is at an end. I have a new Tivo box which is so slow to respond, I think I will be better off getting a Freeview Recorder as I only watch Freeview TV. So cross. Has anybody else had this problem?
Thank you for your post, my apologies the rebate was unsatisfactory. I would need to look into the account and clear security I can discuss this with you. At first glance, the rebate would be for the time out of service.
