Please check my signal

I think I may have a signal issue. My guide menu is all fine just when trying to watch the channels my TVs screen is black no matter the channel. Please help

I am sorry to read that you have experienced some interruptions on the TV services in the home, It's never the best when this happens. After having a look at the connection and running some tests, it's clear to see that there are some issues that would need to be looked at and adjusted by and engineer.
