Pixilation

hi hope someone can help advise just tried watching a recording of tonight's episode of zoo quite a lot of it was pixilated dud anyone else have thus problem tonight or was it just me the TiVo box was replaced about two months ago because the hard drive was failing please help/advise

When they changed your box did they checked the signal? Could be that?

Ok mother that's the next step although since it's a recording that's gone wrong I would normally say hard drive problem! Hope it's not that again though.

Sorry to hear you've had trouble with one of your recordings.

 

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and at the moment everything looks great. Your signal levels are normal and the hard drive status is good.

 

Keep an eye on it for now and let me know if you continue to get problems.

Still getting problems and have noticed it on live TVs as well but I have an engineer coming today so will keep you posted

Hi there engineer has just been he's checked the signals Wich are all fine but he has replaced the connection point at the wall also the one outside and tightened the cable outside as well so here's hoping all is well now thanks for everyone's advice and help on a side note is there any word on the new boxes
