Pixellation on newly set up Virgin TIVO

Had new Tivo box set up yesterday, all seemed fine with picture on TV last night, come the morning pixilation on every channel except BBC1 HD. Did rain overnight and some cables are above ground, checked connections to box and all appear ok. Any advice would be much appreciated

Sounds like you need to call Virgin back out to it, or phone in so they can check signal down the line for weak signal, cable should not be affected by bad weather. Regards Micky

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting a pixelated picture on the channels.  I'd like to help get this sorted for you.

I have taken a look at your box remotely and I cave found a detectable signal fault.  I will arrange for an engineer to call round and fix this for you.
