Pixelation

My tv picture has deteriorated considerably and is unwatchable on certain channels, e.g. ITV4.

It hasn't been good for a long time, but is now terrible and not value for money.

And yes, I have checked all connections and have performed a box reboot.

Check the service status on My Virgin Media to see if there's any area issues listed. If not then it's most likely a signal issue that needs addressing by an engineer. You can wait for the forum team to pick up this post which is usually in about 5 - 7 days or you can ring up 150 from a Virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select "if there's a fault with your TV service". They'll book an engineer to come out and investigate.
