Pixelation

I am having similar problems to other VM TiVo customers

The picture pixelates, freezes, and then goes blank...prompting the TiVo box to put an on screen message to check the signal.An engineer did call out and said there wasn't a fault but did change the box. The problem still exists ! Curiously when I have also been using a tablet, this freezes at the same time

The problem usually exists in the evening, but its now creeping into daytime tv too.... !

Does anybody know why this is happening?

Thanks for posting!

 

I understand you've already had a technician but when I check the box I'm seeing problems with the signal strength so I would like to arrange for another technician to take a look at this.

 

I'm just going to send you a private message with appointment times which you will find if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen.
