Why do I get pixelated picture at times! Just switched from Sky a few weeks ago and have been experiencing this quite frequently. Picture breaking up and become pixelated to varying degrees. Not happy as never had this type of problem with Sky service

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box from our end for you. We're seeing some problems with the signal from the box and I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
