Hi, Over the last few months the vm box in the bedroom has locked on several occasions, red lights everywhere and restarts. Menu navigation and apps are also sluggish and painfully slow compared to the other vm box we have in the living room. The living room box also has its own issues with picture break up on a daily basis. Any help or suggestions? Thanks.
Yes. Call faults so that they can investigate. Most of what you are getting is symptomatic of signal issues, which customer services should be able to check remotely & book an engineer visit if required.
