Further to my question placed o Monday 25th July I have now bee informed by VM that there is a fault with the On Demand services in our area. This fault should be fixed today but it may be too late for me to test if the problem has been resolved as the PPV repeats end tonight. It took some time for me to get this reply as the first 3 people I spoke to did not understand the problem. After 20 minutes of being passed from one person to the next I finally spoke to someone who knew what I was talking about.
Not very satisfactory but hopefully the problem will be resolved
