Pay per view on multiple TiVo boxes

Has anyone had any problems watching a PPV on a second TiVo. I was able to watch from the TiVo where I purchased the program but although I got as far as 'Watch now' on my other TiVo it kept giving an error stating that the channel was not authorised.

I switched off the TiVo and back on again thinking that a reset might sort out the problem. What this did was to download the new 2016 Software but I still could not view my program.

I am sorry to read about the PPV not working as it should be, it's not great when your geared up for a good night.


I would suggest that calling into the Customer Care team on 150/ 0345 454 1111. They should be able to see the program purchased and get this sorted or refunded Smiley Happy
