PP Video streamiong

Is there anyone else in the Wirral Cheshire area having issues with streaming video

First reported issue 3 weeks ago and advised that it would be fixed, this issue where video streaming stops, stutters, goes out of synch followed on after loosing the broad band function for approx 24 hours.

Virgin  technical advised that it was a known local issue an dnot planned to be fixed until April

 

In summary, any on demand, iPlayer or Netflix is unwatchable

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to hear about the problems you're experiencing with your service lately.

 

Can I ask what you're having trouble streaming? Is this from the apps on our TV service or a third party website on your computer?
