Overcharging

I cannot get through to customer services. Waited 40 minutes this morning and the same again this afternoon! My bill has doubled this month and I am just so sick of this happening and then not being able to talk to anyone! Shoddy to say the least. Can't even find an email contact! I would never recommend Virgin!

I have no idea, I haven't had anything different, it just looks like the price has shot up? Was £75 sometimes £90 ish due to partner ordering boxing as extra but this month it's suddenly £130! No warning and now I can't get through to speak to anyone
