Open/Broken Cabinet - York

The Virgin cabinet on our street has a broken door which won't close and has been broken for weeks leaving all the cables exposed! 

I've already reported this on the phone and on the website support form and nothing has been done about it still. Worse yet it seems virtually impossible to get any confirmation of when it will be fixed.  

Can anyone here look into this for me? The cabinet is on Moor Lane in York (YO24).

Bump. I rang the customer service team again and they couldn't even find a reference to this being raised as an issue even though I'd raised it on the hotline and the website. 

This really is a joke considering I'm trying to do Virgin a favor to stop anyone damaging their cables!

I've located the account and I can see a report for the open cabinet. Let me know if it's still open after 48 hours and I'll get in touch with the field managers to escalate it.

Hi Josh

I dont think anyone has been to fix the cabinet properly. It's currently closed because there is some paper wedged in the top keeping the doors from swinging open but there is no lock still.

I've just received confirmation from the Field Manager. He's arranging for one of his team to get this sorted out.

 

Keep an eye on the Cabinet and if it's still not been closed within the next couple of days, just give me a shout and I'll go back to the Field Manager.

Hi Josh, I passed the box again yesterday and its still not been fixed. It's still just that wedged in paper thats keeping the doors closed.
