just taken up an virgins offer of a TiVo box. I've had the box for only 2 weeks and now cannot watch any channels.
Says starting up then goes blank, and to says no signal. The 3 leds on the left are green red green.I have called 150 and have been told an engineer visit is required, is there anything that can be done remotely?
Im not happy that only having the vivo for 2 weeks I now need to take time off work for an engineer to visit!
I'm sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your new TiVo®. Checking into this, I can see that you've had an engineer appointment since your last post. Is your TiVo® service working for you now?
