On demand

Not able to watch any on demand services.
Keeps saying to try again in a few minutes, still not working.
When will this be resolved?
Is this an area issue or Virgin?

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your On Demand services at the moment.
