If a reboot (off then on) doesn't help......
Have you checked the website for your area for faults?
have you phoned in for assistance?

A week worth of no On Demand is never good, I would like to help here and after running some tests, I'm not able to see anything that's considered a fault here. Can you tell me if this is still ongoing?
