I'm sorry to see that the On Demand isn't working for you right now. I've like to help and I've been running some preliminary tests on the box.
Looks like there's little i can see here and would like to know more about what's going on, if still going on?
Can you tell me if this is happening in the evenings and mornings? Also can you tell me if the iPlayer and other interactive content are working?
