On demand not working

Hi, I keep getting an error message saying on demand is not available try again in a few minutes- this has been happening for over a week every time I try to catch up!! Can you advise please? Thanks

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your On Demand service.

 

I've located your account and run some tests on the set top box from our end, we're not detecting any errors at the moment though. Are you noticing these issues occur at certain times? Or with certain channels?
