Welcome to the Community, I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service lately.
I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box from our end for you, we're detecting some errors with some sections of the On Demand network but not all of it. Are you having these issues in trying to watch certain shows?
We're not detecting any errors with the hard drive though, I'd recommend recording some more shows just for the purpose of ensuring they record all the way through. You can also check your recording hiccups from the main menu, to see if the box recognises any issues.
