Hi i hope you can help. Every program we try to get on demand to catch up is just one episode or very limited? When we first had our xl service up and running six months ago we had many series of programs on demand. In fact it was the best service at first. Why has it got worse? Its like they have been removed. If it gets as bad as this i will have to cancel as i dont know what im paying for?
Without more specific information, such as what program it is you are trying to watch and which service (there are several catch up services available on TiVo) its hard to answer. As for having more before, maybe you are mixing up on demand and box sets?
On demand will be the latest episode or couple of episodes of a show.
A box set will be a complete season or seasons of a show.
Both are available on TiVo depending on your package.
I guess the drop in on demand content also goes hand in hand with the drop in HD Sky Movies through on demand also. No answers just that it is temporary....I would say 6 months is more than temporary now with no end in sight
