On demand issues


Ordered a movie from on demand Friday night. It went off as 3 programmes started recording at the same time (did not realise needed a free tuner to watch on demand!)

Tried continuing to watch Saturday for it to keep freezing and stopping every 10mins, to a point where it now won't load and is now constantly unavailable.

I would like this problem resolved and my money back for this purchase as I am very unhappy at our inconvenience.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to watch the On Demand Movie you ordered.  I'd like to check this out and get this sorted for you.


I have carried out some checks and I can see a signal fault that will have caused this disruption and will most likely continue to until it's fixed.  I will arrange for an engineer to call round and fix this.  All the details will be in a private message which I'll send to you now.  Look for the envelope icon above.
