I keep getting a message saying on demand is unavailable which is rally annoying if you're in the middle of watching a movie. Has anyone got any advice on how to resolve this? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I got TiVo fitted yesterday but the on demand and catch up won't work keeps saying -catch up/on demand temporarily unavailable please try again in a few mins. it's been saying this since yesterday. Also my upstairs box work connect to the Wi-Fi keeps saying failed negotiation she trying to connect.
