Fed up everytime we try to use on demand we get a message to say it is unavailable. It's been turned off, reset you name it. We are on our 3rd box since April this year as the harddrives keep malfunctioning. Gutted that we didn't just go with sky far fast and far more reliable!!!

I am sorry that the 319 error has been in affect recently, this is to do with the content being loaded on to the TiVo and sometimes there is a delay. This should let you have the content after a few attempts as we are working on this. The reason why an engineer would have been deemed fit to come out would have been that the issues with the power levels can give off the same outcome on the On Demand.
