On demand fault

i keep getting fault messages appear when viewing anything on demand.....this normally happens 15 to 30 minutes in to the program and at the same time the green network light begins to blink. After  a minute or so the network light stays solid and it will allow me to start watching the program again from the start.......then the whole process repeats. I've tried resetting the TiVo and modems to no avail.....any ideas?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your On Demand.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your box and I can see a possible issue that might be causing you On Demand error.
