We can't use On Demand. Every time we try we get an error v205. Does anyone know what this means please? The network connection is ok and we can use broadband
Generally we're very disappointed with the Virgin service. The TiVo is slow and over complicated. The installation was unprofessional, the guy left cables snaked all around our house. And it takes at least 20 minutes to get through to someone on the phone. I'm beginning to regret leaving Sky, and I never thought I'd say that.
