Can anyone tell me why we keep getting this error message when we try to access on demand content please, is there anything we can do to correct whatever is causing the problem?

I have sent signals down to both boxes so please reboot them by the mains and let me know what happens.
I just need to know whether this happens as soon as you try to access On Demand or when trying to watch any particular program.
