On demand error 403

Having continuous trouble with on demand virgin movies getting error message 403. Seeing lots if comments that these aren't getting fixed.

whats the deal with getting compensation from virgin for not providing the service we are paying for??

Also getting this error after purchasing monster trucks film now contending with an unhappy 4 year old as we were all set up for mummy and boy chilling with a film 👎🏼 Also only get hire for two days will thus get refunded

What films in particular are displaying this error code?

 

I'd also like to know how you are searching for these movies?

No I've had this error a few times usually before it will let me buy a film so I'm not so fussed, had another error code on Wednesday evening I wasn't in so didn't see if just know they couldn't get on to OD
