We keep getting an error code 319 . We can get some on demand films but not all rang up customer services and cannot resolve . This is the latest of numerous complaints fed up of paying for services I cannot retrieve. What are you supposed to do when customer service cannot help . Then the other issue is the open closed issue of the complaint that's a very interesting conversation .

I have been looking into all services in the home and the boxes seem to be working well with no sign of any errors currently. Just to be completely safe, are you still having this error occur whilst viewing the TV?
