So we had virgin installed yesterday. We have three boxes. All apparently with the same services available recording function on demand catch up etc... however all of the above is only available on the main box in the front room. The other two boxes record fine but we have no access to on demand or catch up services... is there something else we need to get this on our additional boxes as I wasn't made aware of this and I can't find anything to say that this is the case. Very frustrated new customer
I've sent a signal to you boxes to help them update. All I need you to do is update the box from your end. To do this, just press Home on the remote control and select Help and Settings, Settings, Network then Connect to Virgin Media TV Service Now. Once that's done, leave the TiVo® for about an hour to fully update.
