On demand and general.connection

Have had nothing but problems since switching to virgin broadband and now infuriated again. So apart from zero Internet connection upstairs which still isn't resolved we now have the daily night time routine of trying to watch on demand each night to be informed of a 319 service problem meaning can't watch any on demand!!! I switched from BT to virgin. Take me back BT. Service is appalling with virgin. Totally regret changing
