On demand and catch up unavailable

It's being telling me for a day now to try again in a few minutes just got it in recently not a good start

I'm really sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Catch Up and On Demand.

Checking things at this end, your TiVo® box is currently showing as offline. 

 

Do you have it switched off at the power? If so, please turn it back on and post back here once it is.
