On demand 6179

I bought the Revenant (not HD) earlier this afternoon and stopped it for 20 mins. Since then it wont come on and gives me an error 6179. Ive checked online and dialled 150, no problems in the area (g61 1rb) and Ive rebooted the tv and ran a check through your help pages. No errors. Can you sort please. Last time i tried i got right through to the pafe asking for my oin but still nothing. Just the error 6179 and on demand isnt available, please try again.

Not good enough, next time will just buy a copy from the supermarket.
